Refund policy
At True North Wellness, we honour the courage it takes to walk a healing path. Everything we offer — whether a product, service, or resource — is created with care, intention, and integrity. This policy is here to provide clarity and compassion, while supporting a sustainable exchange rooted in respect for both your time and ours.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items, all downloadable ebooks, guidebooks, and other digital resources are non-returnable and non-refundable. These offerings are designed to be supportive from the moment they reach you.
Services
Your time is valuable — and so is ours. Each session is held with care and intention, beginning well before you arrive.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or for no-shows, a 50% refund will be offered for the first instance.

Additional missed sessions are non-refundable.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Physical Products
We gladly accept returns on most full-price physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

In original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right — your trust means everything.

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Exchanges
Need something different? The easiest way is to return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you reside in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return eligible items. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@true-north-wellness.co.
Ring Slings and Wraps (if applicable)
We stand behind the quality of our ring slings and baby wraps. If your item is defective due to shipping or manufacturing, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange.
Returns for other reasons are accepted only if the sling is:

Unused and unthreaded

In original packaging with all labels, booklets

Returned within 14 days of delivery
A $15 restocking fee will apply in all cases except for defective items.
Used or second-hand slings are not eligible for return or exchange.
